Chester based Christleton High approached me to develop their long established school crest. The original school badge was designed by a previous headteacher back in 1980, the images of the swan, lions and sheaves represented Christleton, Chester and Cheshire respectively. My objectives were to modernise the crest whilst respecting the original design, I also wanted to create a design which was more practical for reproduction in various print processes and applications. The new design will be used throughout the school and across all communications.
